Refractory Insulation Brick JM26 Mullite Brick with Good Quality

Product introduction of mullite insulation brick

The general alumina content of mullite insulating bricks is 65%~75%. Mullite insulating bricks can be directly used for the lining of high-temperature kilns, and have been widely used in shuttle kilns, roller kilns, glass kilns and petrochemical kilns.

Properties and application of mullite insulating bricks:

The fire resistance is high, reaching above 1790 ℃. The starting temperature of load softening is 1600 ~ 1700 ℃. The normal temperature compressive strength is 70~260MPa. Good thermal shock resistance. There are two kinds of sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks. The sintered mullite brick is made of high alumina clinker as the main raw material, with a small amount of clay or raw bauxite as the binder, and is formed and fired. The electric fused mullite brick is made of high alumina, industrial alumina and refractory clay, with the addition of charcoal or coke fines as the reducing agent. After forming, it is produced by the reduction electric fusion method.
